This 75 minute workshop with hip expert and orthopedic and pelvic physical therapist, Dr. Ginger Garner, will teach you how to identify the red flag symptoms that can increase hip pain, or worse, make your hip labral tear or impingement recovery stall or go backwards.
There are a multitude of “stretches” and “exercises” out there when it comes to hip physical therapy and rehab. But, do you know when to stretch and when not to stretch the hip flexors, or any muscle around the hip?
You will learn:
- The red flags signs and symptoms which would make stretching do more harm than good
- The key foundations for a successful recovery after hip labral tear, repair or hip impingement
