About the Workshop

Hip Labral Injury & Impingement Series

Do you have any of the following:

  • Groin pain

  • Tightness at the front of the hip

  • Thicker or more “congested” feeling hip flexors on your injured hip?

If you answered yes to any of the above, this workshop is for you!

When

This is an on-demand workshop! You have 3 months of access to the workshop and the BONUS handout.

What

This 75 minute workshop with hip expert and orthopedic and pelvic physical therapist, Dr. Ginger Garner, will teach you how to identify the red flag symptoms that can increase hip pain, or worse, make your hip labral tear or impingement recovery stall or go backwards.

There are a multitude of “stretches” and “exercises” out there when it comes to hip physical therapy and rehab. But, do you know when to stretch and when not to stretch the hip flexors, or any muscle around the hip?

You will learn:

  • The red flags signs and symptoms which would make stretching do more harm than good

  • The key foundations for a successful recovery after hip labral tear, repair or hip impingement

  • Key elements for calming the “Snarky Psoas” and related hip flexors

  • Post-operative pearls for returning to the activities you love
