The Integrative Lifestyle Medicine Patient Education Series is a series of 5 infographics, 2 pages each, that give valuable solutions to eat, sleep, manage stress, move, and avoid toxins more easily in your day to day life.
This 6-week series is designed to teach beginners how to use Medical Therapeutic Yoga through the Functional Movement Assessment algorithm.
The central theme of this chapter is to provide a foundation for a novel yogic model of rehabilitation practice using proposed common psychotherapeutic and physiological factors that affect patient outcomes.
This chapter draws from both personal experience and studies in the role of relationship as it applies to creative expression. It will explore the effect of “power-over” based relationships in healthcare which impact healthcare access and delivery.
